Progress and Renewal at Wind Ridge Estates: A Year of Forward Momentum
Over the past year, Wind Ridge Estates has made meaningful strides in strengthening our community through the efforts of our HOA. While there is still work to be done, we’ve seen tremendous progress, particularly in communication, landscaping, and community oversight.
Gone are the days of quarterly meetings and minimal engagement. The board has implemented new methods that support weekly—often even daily—communication touchpoints, ensuring that homeowners are informed and heard more consistently than ever before.
We also took decisive action on long-standing landscaping concerns. After continued issues and no improvement from our previous provider, we transitioned to a new landscaping company. We are now actively developing a detailed plan to enhance our entryways and ensure ongoing care across the community.
Our goal of consistent rule enforcement is being approached with fairness and a renewed focus on preserving the aesthetic appeal that makes Wind Ridge Estates a great place to live.
Finally, after many years of valued service, we were unable to reach an agreement regarding access to our former website and email systems. In response, and to protect the privacy and security of our homeowners, we’ve launched a brand-new site: mywindridge.com. This new domain will serve as a central hub for neighborhood updates, resources, and all things Wind Ridge Estates.
Together, we are reclaiming what’s ours and building something better.
